Ensure all staff are trained in a professional and caring approach, to recognise and assist residents in need of attention and care to all aspects of ‘personal care’ mentally or physically.
All new staff will receive in house induction training and to offer a range of training which is relevant to their induction, foundation experience and further development.

Employ staff in sufficient numbers to meet the residents assessed needs.
Observe recruitment policies and practices, which both respect equal opportunities and protect resident’s safety and welfare.
